What are the sleeping arrangements like?
Residents stay in comfortable private or shared bedrooms, each provided with fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. Rooms are designed to feel calm and homelike rather than clinical.
What should I bring with me?
Comfortable clothing for about a week, toiletries, any prescribed medications in their original containers, and a few personal comforts. We’ll send a full packing list once your admission is scheduled, including what to leave at home.
Can residents have visitors?
Yes. With your consent and at designated times, loved ones can visit and take part in scheduled family sessions. We’ll share visiting guidelines during admission.
Can residents leave?
Residential care is a voluntary program. Outings and passes are coordinated with your clinical team as part of your treatment plan and progress.
Are residents supervised?
Trained staff are present around the clock, every day, providing support, safety, and reassurance whenever it’s needed.
What is the average length of stay?
Most residential stays range from 30 to 90 days, depending on each person’s clinical needs and progress. Your care team reviews your plan regularly and adjusts together.
Are pets allowed?
Personal pets are not able to stay in our residential homes. If you have a service animal, let us know during admissions and we’ll discuss accommodations.
